Promoting emotional well-being and healthy relationships through compassionate therapy and personalized treatment plans.

You Deserve Good Therapy
Life is hard. You deserve a space to lay it all out and work through it.
My goal is to help you learn to nurture every part of yourself, especially the parts that may feel messy or wrong, so you can stop hiding and move through the world as the most genuine version of yourself.
Embracing neurodiversity is a key pillar of my work. I believe that everyone's mind is unique and working with those idiosyncrasies, not against them, is how we learn to thrive.
Together we can find your joy, build connections, and grow with purpose.
What Is Good Therapy?
Challenging – Many of us move through the world with our heads down, afraid to face the things that affect us. Lifting your eyes and looking around takes guts! Therapy provides a designated space to accept the challenge of self-reflection and self-acceptance.
Rewarding – Do you remember that feeling you got in elementary school when you figured out a difficult math problem or spelled out a complicated word? Therapy should give you that same feeling as you discover the amazing, intricate things that make you, you.
Compassionate – You cannot heal what you do not love. We can challenge ourselves, grow, and change for the better without beating ourselves up or losing ourselves in shame. Taking accountability for our actions goes hand-in-hand with unconditional love.
What To Expect
The therapeutic process looks different for everyone, but the building blocks that make up my work remain the same.
Building Awareness
If your mind is a wilderness, this is when we start sketching out a map and planning your goals. This phase will focus on assessing your situation and building your self awareness.
Gathering Resources
The expedition into therapy is not easy. It requires tools, support systems, and plans. In this stage, we will gather resources that really work for you and develop tools you can lean on as you move forward.
Reflecting and Fine-Tuning
Growth requires risk. Together we will learn to try new things, experiment, stumble, change, celebrate, and fine-tune your process until you find yourself climbing mountains you never thought possible.
